Instructions for Ordering Keyrings

Please read the Terms and Conditions agreement. By submitting an order you confirm that
you have read and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Place your order by clicking the appropriate Buy Now PayPal button. Orders will contain sales tax for the state of Florida if appropriate and Shipping and Handling charges. Any adjustments will be made as necessary and refunds will be issued if applicable.
   
   
2. Email digital artwork files for both sides of the keyrings in the size of 2”x 3” or larger, as close to a 2x3 ratio as possible, to barbara@customizedkeyrings.com or send the files to The Studio, 10512 Crystal Ridge Court, Clermont, FL 34711 in another electronic medium such as a CD. The artwork may contain bleeds of .175” on all sides or we will provide these free of charge. Use the highest resolution and quality possible as this will affect the quality of the finished product. Images should be in the format of .bmp or .tiff files. Other file types will be accepted (please contact us). We will contact you if there are any questions about your artwork and/or files.
   
   
3. Request an online proof (optional). This will be emailed to you for approval prior to submitting the job for final processing. Please note that an online proof is not an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout and final text.
   
   
4. Indicate your target date for receiving the finished product. All large quantity shipping is currently done via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Small quantities are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
